Advanced outdoor training session

With the world moving away from the conventional gym setup and more towards outdoor and in-home activity.

I thought I would share a nice routine for advance conditioning purposes:

They can be performed as station sets, supersets or the more brutal version, six rounds as a circuit with only 45 seconds rest between circuits.

Most of these exercises are highly taxing to the nervous system, so only the very experienced should attempt the circuit version.

I would also suggest at least 48 hours away from leg training after this.
