In amongst the hustle and bustle of London life, knowing where the true gem cafés are for healthy food is about as essential as knowing where the Oasis is in a desert if we are to stay on top of our health and fitness goals.
I first discovered the Good life eatery after an in-home coaching session with a client in St John’s Wood.
It was a relief as I was incredibly hungry from a hard work out the day before and a busy day serving clients in the area.
In amongst the plethora of cafés that sell vast menus laden with wheat, sugar and everything else I tend to avoid, the good life eatery does the exact opposite and with better taste!
